Sessions have a deeply personal approach that will guide you through discovery and dissolution of the stories you have built that no longer serve you. We’ll engage in mindful and evidence based holistic practices, which may include movement, meditation, breath-work, journaling, self-inquiry & honest conversation. This will all help you to integrate healing and set you up to navigate all that being human has to offer. You will leave feeling radically responsible for your life and have an actionable plan to make it all happen.

You can book an initial introductory session and after that a 3 or 6 session commitment is required.

Deeply immersive sessions designed just for you or your group. Together, we will weave multiple disciplines to meet you and/or your group where you are and will support progress toward greater freedom, alignment, and aliveness.
This is very powerful for small groups working toward a similar healing.

Curated Intensives

While lying on your back, conscious connected breathing will allow you to access altered states of consciousness to release limiting beliefs, heal past wounds, and shift your reality. This powerful behavioral health therapy works with your subconscious mind and emotional body to safely process depression, anxiety, chronic stress, and stored trauma. As your trained facilitator, I'll create a safe container for your healing journey while teaching you to integrate this transformative practice into daily life as an ongoing tool for wellness and growth.
Conscious Counseling
Conscious Counseling sessions have a deeply personal approach that will guide you through discovery and dissolution of the stories you have built that no longer serve you. We’ll engage in mindful and evidence based holistic practices, which may include movement, meditation, breath-work, journaling, self-inquiry & honest conversation. guided meditation
Enter a deeply relaxed, enhanced state of awareness where your conscious mind quiets and subconscious patterns become accessible for transformation. This powerful process allows you to reprogram limiting behaviors, release irrational fears and phobias, clear negative thoughts, and address suppressed emotions. As your body releases conscious control, your breathing deepens, pulse slows, and metabolism shifts, creating profound changes in your nervous system and hormonal pathways that support lasting wellness and healing.
Somatic Therapy
Somatic therapy is a body-based approach to healing that recognizes how emotions, stress, and trauma are stored in the body as well as the mind. This work helps release tension, regulate the nervous system, and create a deeper sense of safety and connection within yourself. We’ll move, use our voices and feel what wants to be felt. In the bravest space possible, we will decode what your body is trying to say to you and we’ll listen deeply as it unfolds. You will have the opportunity to move beyond the body’s current operating system and embody a new way of being.
