A guided space for men ready to expand, unwind, and reconnect with their truth.

There are very few places in this world where men are invited to lay down their armor without being judged, fixed, or analyzed.

Even fewer where they’re invited to be witnessed by the feminine, not for performance, not for perfection, but for presence.

This men’s group is a brave container led by a woman, offering men a space to reconnect to the parts of themselves that often go unseen. I wanted to offer this after having held space for several women’s groups and events and feeling like men needed this support as well. And, I personally know many men that have a natural curiosity around what is possible when they consider exploring their edges. This is definitely a passion project for me and I’m so excited to offer it.

This is a place to:

• Release pressure and the expectation to “hold it all.”

• Reclaim emotional fluency without losing strength or direction.

• Discover the healing power of being witnessed by grounded feminine presence.

• Strengthen your connection with pleasure and show up with clarity and integrity.

You will be invited into breathwork, embodied practices, honest conversation, and reflective dialogue that help untangle what’s heavy and illuminate what’s true.

This group is not about correcting men, it’s about supporting them in remembering who they are when they’re no longer performing, defending, or carrying everything alone.
